Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi and Transfer to Aberdare National Park

Upon arrival at Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide who will assist you with your transfer to the stunning Aberdare National Park, located approximately 3-4 hours from Nairobi. On arrival, check in to the renowned Ark Lodge, where you will enjoy a delicious hot lunch while overlooking a waterhole, offering a rare and exceptional opportunity to observe various wildlife right from your dining table. Day 2: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park

After a delicious breakfast at the Ark Lodge, you will check out and begin your drive to the Lake Nakuru National Park, located approximately 3 hours away. Upon arrival, check into the comfortable Sarova Lion Hill Lodge, where a hot lunch will be served. The lodge offers a panoramic view of Lake Nakuru and the surrounding park, ensuring a relaxing and picturesque experience.
1In the afternoon, embark on a guided game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its diverse ecosystem, including its large population of flamingos, which often form vast, colorful flocks along the lake’s shores. The park is also home to a variety of other bird species, as well as the Big Four—lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. Enjoy the opportunity to explore the park’s stunning landscapes and observe these magnificent animals in their natural habitat. As the day winds down, return to Sarova Lion Hill Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive in Lake Nakuru and Transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Rise early for a captivating morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Witness the park's wildlife at the break of dawn, with early-morning sightings of animals and birds beginning their day. After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out.
Following breakfast, you will continue your journey towards the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of the best-known safari destinations in the world. The drive will take approximately 4-5 hours, offering scenic views along the way. Upon arrival in the Maasai Mara, check in to Ashnil Mara Camp, where a hot lunch will await.
In the afternoon, embark on a game drive through the Maasai Mara National Reserve, a vast expanse of savannah known for its incredible biodiversity, including the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros. The Mara is also famous for the annual wildebeest migration (which takes place between July and October), an extraordinary spectacle you may have the chance to witness, depending on the season. After a day of thrilling wildlife encounters, return to Ashnil Mara Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Full Day in Maasai Mara with Picnic Lunch

After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The park’s diverse ecosystems, from open plains to riverine forests, offer excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings. Keep an eye out for prides of lions, cheetahs hunting in the tall grass, elephants roaming freely, and a variety of other species, including giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests.

Day 5: Departure to Nairobi

On your final day, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast at the camp before checking out and beginning your journey back to Nairobi. En route, make several scenic stops to appreciate the beautiful landscapes, take photos, and purchase local souvenirs, while experiencing the charm of the rural communities. Your guide will provide insights into the cultural and historical significance of the area.
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be dropped off at your hotel or directly at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your memorable Kenyan safari adventure.
